At POP MART, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund terms below.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Customized, made-to-order, or personalized items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper care


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at info@popmart.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • Clear photos of the product (if defective or damaged)

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may take additional time to reflect, depending on your payment provider.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us at info@popmart.com within 7 days of receiving your item.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a wrong or damaged item:

  • Please contact us immediately at info@popmart.com

  • Include photos and a description of the issue

  • We will send a replacement or issue a refund as soon as possible


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of shipment.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank or payment statement

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (some processing times vary)

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@popmart.com
